Directions for use:
Single remedy: Put two drops of Cherry Plum on your tongue and repeat as necessary. Alternatively, add two drops of Cherry Plum to a glass of water.
You can use Cherry Plum Bach Flower Remedy externally. Just a few drops on the lips, temples or pulse points are effective and allows for first-aid use.
Several remedies: Do not take more than seven remedies at once. Add two drops of each chosen remedy to a glass of water and sip from it as often as you wish, but at least four times a day for longer-term issues.
For convenience, when taking several remedies at once, add two drops of each chosen remedy to an empty 30ml dropper bottle. Top up with water, adding a teaspoonful of brandy or cider vinegar as a preservative if you wish.
