LIFEPLAN STARFLOWER OIL CAPSULES
Lifeplan Starflower Oil capsules contain a Premium Quality oil which has been cold-extracted, without chemicals, from specially grown plants of Borago officinalis. This particular oil has an extra rich content of the important constituent GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid), a special fatty acid from which the body can produce Prostaglandins, the biological regulators controlling metabolic, physiological and reproductive functions.
INFLAMMATION - Best results if taken with Omega 3.
PRE-MENSTRUAL SYNDROME - GLA has been shown to improve PMS headaches, depression, irritability and bloating.
