Bulking Agent (Brown Rice Flour), Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactase Enzyme Powder, Dicalcium Phosphate.
Contains No added sugar, salt, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Tolerance to lactose is variable and those with lactose intolerance should seek advice as to the role of this substance in their diet.

Take three capsules with a little cold liquid immediately before eating foods which contain milk and dairy.
