• A.Vogel Urtica is better known by its common name, the Stinging Nettle.
• Urtica's usefulness was known as far back as Roman times and Alfred Vogel encouraged its growth within his fields.
• Today A.Vogel's gardeners carefully nurture their crop and twice each year harvest the fresh plant tops for use in this tincture.
• Urtica is a nutritive herb high in chlorophyll, vitamin C, iron, calcium, potassium and silica.
• It has a restorative action in iron deficiency anaemia and other deficiency conditions

Tincture of organically grown fresh Urtica dioica (Stinging Nettle) aerial parts, extracted in alcohol (50%V/V)

Adults: 20 drops twice daily in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
