Organic and 100% natural - Celtic Sea Salt/Sel de Guerande is the preferred salt of Chef's elite.

From the Brittany coast of France, this salt is hand-harvested per traditional methods - it is sun-dried, unrefined, unprocessed and without additives.

It is renowned for its very high bio-available minerals content.

Composed of only 71-74 % sodium chloride (ref Dr Brian Clement), giving it a grey color.

Packaged in a Home compostable bag made of paper and corn.
