GFPORT Chickpea Flour is selected from the best quality chickpeas grown in Turkey and produced in a factory where completely gluten-free products are processed. Chickpea ( gram ) flour contains a high proportion of carbonhydrates, higher fiber relative to other flours, no gluten and a higher proportion of protein than other flours. Chickpea flour is used throughout the Mediterrane, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa to make sweet and savory flatbreads, thicken soups and stews, and add richness to dumplings and cakes. But chickpea flour's tasty possibilities aren't limited to traditional recipes. GFPORT Gluten Free Chickpea Flour is celiac friendly product.
