Instructions for bath use
Add between 250g-1KG of Magnesium flakes to a warm bath and soak for 20 minutes, 1-2 times per week, depending on recovery needs.

Instructions for footbath
Use Add 100g-250g to a footbath or bowl and soak feet for 20 minutes, then rinse.

Precautions
Before using For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken skin. Keep away from children.

Storage
Keep bag sealed and stored in a cool dry place.
