Happy with the product but eco-friendliness?

I have ordered the Themptation Hemp Cacao Spread a couple of times. I appreciate that the spread is made of "clean" ingredients, it is very tasty and competitively priced on this website. However, the jars arrive with a lot of bubble wrap. Why not use the honeycomb paper wrap that a lot of companies have now switched to?
