This sugar is special. It's a natural, unrefined, golden sugar with a distinctive, rich flavour; ideal for sweetening coffee or adding a rich crunchy topping to cakes, crumbles or fruit. As it's unrefined and has had no chemicals used in the processing, more of the natural nutrients and flavours are retained.
Grown and processed in Mauritius, the sugar farmers and their small island communities benefit hugely from the Fairtrade premium they receive in exchange for their sugar.

Dispatch times

For orders received before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day. Please note this is not always possible and dispatch times do increase at busy times.
