D-mannose - an isomer of glucose found in fruits, and in our cells. It has the ability to prevent bacterial attachment to the bladder wall. It is not stored or metabolised in our body like glucose, but it is rapidly eliminated through urine.
Boswellia seratta - extracted from the sap of trees growing in the Middle East. With broad antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory activity, it has been used since for its healing potential. Research indicates it is beneficial against multiple bacteria causing urinary tract infections, as well as in cases of chronic, biofilm-based infections. In 2020 several clinical trials were initiated to assess Boswellia’s extract activity against Covid-19.
Turmeric - needs little introduction. It has well known antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, as well as the rare ability to disrupt the biofilm created by bacteria in chronic urinary tract infections.
Pumpkin seeds - rich in natural antioxidants, minerals and fibre, they support bladder health helping reduce the frequency of bladder emptying.
Green tea extract - rich in polyphenols and contains antioxidants, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory substances with clinically proven effect in urinary tract infections.
Black pepper - anti-inflammatory, used to enhance Turmeric absorption.
For the first 5 days – 4 capsules 3 times per day (60 capsules). For maintenance and protection continue taking 4 capsules daily. For optimal results, it is recommended to continue 4 capsules daily for a minimum of 6 months.
For symptoms caused by sexual activity: 4 capsules before and 4 capsules after, followed by 4 capsules the next day.
Take with food and drink 2 litres of water daily.
