Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate).

One capsule taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed.
