Aqueous herbal extract (62%) from: spinach leaf (spinacia oleracea), green <strong>oat </strong>herb (avena sativa), rosehip peel (rosa canina), common sea buckthorn fruit (hippophae rhamnoides), apple fruit (malus domestica), lemon verbena leaf (aloysia citrodora), carrot root (daucus carota), roselle flower (hibiscus sabdariffa).
Agave syrup, water, raspberry juice concentrate (6%), natural raspberry flavour, acerola juice concentrate (2%), iron (as ferrous gluconate), stabilizer: locust bean gum, concentrate (carrot, apple and blackcurrant), nicotinamide (niacin), natural vanilla flavour, thiamin (as thiamin hydrochloride), riboflavin (as riboflavin 5′ -phosphate, sodium), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

To maximise iron absorption take 30 minutes before food or a couple of hours after food.
