We source the best, truly raw, certified organic almonds, which are long-soaked and slowly dried in the usual Raw Ecstasy way. The perfectly activated almonds are then gently cold-processed in a granite stone grinder, very similar to the ways in which ancient indigenous cultures around the world have ground nuts, grain and seeds for millennia. The result is the smoothest, lightest and most luxuriously rawsome nut butter imaginable.
