Dr. Bach created a special formula called Rescue Remedy which contains five Bach Original Flower Remedies:

• Star of Bethlehem - Against shock or trauma Rock
• Rose - Against terror
• Clematis - Against feelings of faintness and not being fully present
• Impatiens - Against agitation
• Cherry Plum - Against loss of control

Rescue Remedy Night Spray contains all these flower essences with the addition of White Chestnut. White Chestnut has been added to help switch off the mind from unwanted repetitive thoughts. All these Bach Flower Essences contained in Rescue Night Spray combine to help you enjoy a natural night's sleep
