We cultivate our organic maitake mushrooms on wood-rich substrate and extract solely from the fruiting bodies creating a potent and high-quality extract that is rich in bio-active components. Our Organic Maitake Mushroom Extract is produced entirely from the fruiting bodies of the mushroom (not from mycelium). The fruiting bodies are grown on wood-rich substrate (not on grain) and so are loaded with beta-glucan-rich polysaccharides and other precious functional ingredients. Temperature-controlled technique is used to obtain the powerful bio-active elements contained within the mushroom cells.
