L-Glutamine, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate).

One capsule taken twice daily with food, or as professionally directed.
