Vitamin B12 is the only vitamin containing cobalt, a trace mineral.

Vegetarians and most definitely vegans should supplement with Vitamin B12 as it is primarily found in meat, liver, seafood, dairy products and eggs. It is not found in plant foods.

Bulking Agents: (mannitol, maltodextrin, gum arabic), Anti-caking Agents: (vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate), Cross Linked Cellulose Gum, Flavour: Natural Cherry, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin). FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, Preservatives, Artificial Flavours or Colours.
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Vitamin B12 Nugget daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
May be placed under the tongue or between the cheek and gum and allowed to dissolve.
May also be chewed or swallowed whole.
