Our Hemp Protein Flour contains over 40% protein.
It is the perfect option for those looking to up their protein intake. It is vegan, non GMO and contains no added fillers, sugars or sweeteners. It contains all 9 essential amino acids, omegas 3 and 6, is high in fibre and also provides magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, iron and copper. Free from all allergens, it's a great option!
How to use it

With a coarser texture than our protein powder, the flour can be used as a baking substitute so add to muffins, flapjacks, cakes & more. It can also be used in smoothies and shakes.

How much to use

Use it as much as you want to contribute to your daily protein intake. A 20g serving of our protein flour provides 8g of protein. The Reference Nutrient Intake (RNI) for protein for adults is 0.75g protein per kg body weight per day.
