Ciemme gluten free gnocchi is made in Puglia using artisan manufacturing processes to preserve the flavour and texture of the fresh, mostly local ingredients used.

Gnocchi boils in one minute, rising to the top of the pan when ready, then simply drain and add pesto or sauce. Can alternatively be fried. The ultimate healthy fast food!
