Our light and nutty milk thistle oil is cold-pressed from organic milk thistle seeds to preserve its phytonutrients and vitamin E, which fight free radicals. Milk thistle is known to gently cleanse the body and nourish the skin. It can be taken neat as a health oil, or used to finish salads and soups.
