Alongside the delicious flavour, the dark colour adds a beautiful contrast to your meals when paired with vibrant vegetables in Pad Thais, Asian soups and noodle salads. They are gluten free, organic, plant-based, a great source of fibre and considered a more nutritious alternative to conventional white rice varieties.
