Our Keto Porridge has the taste and texture of porridge but contains no added sugar, no oats and only 5.6g net carbs per serve. Keto Porridge combines natural superfood powerhouses to feed and nourish your body. Bringing together Chia, Flax and Cacao, every serve is high in Omega-3, Manganese and Magnesium and a source of Iron, helping fight fatigue and energise your day!

Chia seeds [Salvia hispanica] (23%), Desiccated Coconut, Milled Flaxseeds, Hemp seeds, Cacao powder (10%), Sweeteners (Erythritol, Steviol glycoside), Cacao Nibs (5%), Coconut flour, Cacao paste, Natural flavouring.

Mix one serve (60g) with 140ml of your favourite milk, heat for 90 seconds in the microwave (800W) or to the desired consistency on the hob. Leave to cool, stir and enjoy!

Alternatively, mix one serve (60g) with 140ml of your favourite cold milk in a bowl, leave for 10 minutes for the ingredients to absorb the liquid, stir and enjoy!
