Each capsule typically provides:
Soya Lecithin 1200mg
Of which phospholipids 600m
GM-Free Soya Lecithin (Soya), Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerol).
 
Contains No added sugar, starch, salt, yeasts, flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

As a supplement, take one or two capsules daily, preferably with a little liquid.
