Little Pasta Organics Red Lentil & Pea Baby Pasta is made in the Veneto region of Italy from the finest Italian Durum Wheat which is extruded through bronze dies and then red lentil and pea flour is added to create our wonderful colours and Vitamin B1 is added. The finished pasta is dried at low temperature to maintain the integrity of our pasta, which means the pasta holds its shape and better for the sauce to cling to it.
