Mag365 is a powder made up of two ingredients; magnesium carbonate and citric acid. When you add hot water, the two combine and create liquid magnesium citrate, a highly bioavailable magnesium supplement.

Serving size: 2 tablespoon (4g)

Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.

Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.
