MAG365 Magnesium supplement is a powder with a highly bioavailable active ingredient magnesium citrate. All natural ingredients and no fillers. Magnesium is foundational to good health and over 350 body processes. Flavoured with natural flavour and Stevia.

Suggested Use: Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. This can be taken during or outside meals.

Directions: Mix in a glass or mug with 20-30ml of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or mug with warm or cold water and enjoy.
