In 2000 I was inspired by a traditional Mexican recipe, which when taken with a good dose of courage and some fantastic organic chocolate produced one of our five original bars. Although we have played with our chilli grinding method to improve 'the surprise', this bar remains one of our most popular and most talked about! Dispatch times

For orders received before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day. Please note this is not always possible and dispatch times do increase at busy times.
