This gives it a very mild taste despite the high cocoa content. It is less acidic and less bitter and is characterised by a fine "melt-in-the mouth" sensation. The fact that this bar is refined with coconut blossom sugar makes it a particular highlight for chocolate lovers. This bestows a light caramel-like flavour and evinces a lower glycemic index (effect on the blood sugar level).
