• Lifeplan Sage Vegicaps are predominantly used by menopausal women but can be helpful to anyone with excessive sweating problems or sore throats.
• Sage rebalances the sweat-regulating mechanism in the brain which can be thrown out of balance by hormonal changes taking place during the menopause.
• Excessive sweating in women or men (eg. palms, feet) may also be corected by sage.
• In addition, sage has a separate role in preventing sweating.

Use Lifeplan sage vegicaps for:

The capsules can be opened to make a herbal tea.

Take one to two capsules daily with food, or add the contents of the capsule(s) to hot water to make a herbal tea.
