Hibiscus, Blackberry Leaves, Flavourings, Liquorice Root, Apple Pomance, Blackcurrent Juice (2%), Blackcurrants (2%), Blackcurrant Leaves (1%), Rosehips, Citric Acid, Strawberry Juice.

Place the filter bag in a cup or in a warmed pot (one per person). Add boiling water. Leave for 5 minutes to bring out the full flavour.
