Solgar's Botanicals are carefully selected from plants growing in the wild or cultivated on special botanical farms. Botanicals are still the basis for Chinese medicine and are important constituents of many European natural remedies.

Each vegetable capsule provides: 
Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Powder 150 mg
Standardised Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Powdered Extract (15 mg [5%] ginger gingerols) 300 mg
Bulking Agents: (maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Powder, Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Standardised Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Powdered Extract (5% ginger gingerols), Anti-caking Agents: (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Antioxidant: powdered blend of L-Ascorbic acid and beta-carotene. 

Take 1 to 2 vegicaps daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
